It is yellow or light yellow crystal, odorless, tasteless, easily soluble in chloroform, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, soluble in acetone, petroleum ether and Diethyl ether, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water and methanol, easily decomposed into reddish substances when exposed to light, stable to temperature and humidity, melting point is 49℃.
