Cosmetic Grade Skin Whitening Ingredient 98% Kojic Dipalmitate Powder
Description of Cosmetic Grade Skin Whitening Ingredient 98% Kojic Dipalmitate Powder:
Kojic Dipalmitate is a modified Kojic Acid derivative. Kojic Dipalmitate not only overcomes Kojic Acid’s instability to light, heat and metal ions, but also keeps Kojic Acid’s excellent properties of inhibiting tyrosinase activity and preventing melanin formation in human skin. Kojic Dipalmitate has excellent effects in conditioning skin, fighting age spots, stretch marks, freckles and general skin pigmentation disorders of face and body.

Features of Cosmetic Grade Skin Whitening Ingredient 98% Kojic Dipalmitate Powder:
1. Brightening skin: Kojic Dipalmitate can provide more effective brightening effect. Compared with Kojic Acid, Kojic Dipalmitate significantly enhanced the inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity, thus better preventing melanin formation. As an oil-soluble skin whitening agent, Kojic Dipalmitate is more easily absorbed by skin.
2. Light and thermal stability. Kojic Dipalmitate is stable under light and heat conditions, while Kojic Acid gradually oxidizes with time.
3. pH stability: Kojic Dipalmitate is stable in a wide pH range of 4-9, providing flexibility for formula designers.
4. Color stability. Unlike Kojic Acid, Kojic Dipalmitate does not turn brown or yellow over time for two reasons. First, Kojic Acid is unstable to light and heat, and is prone to oxidation, resulting in color changes (usually yellow or brown). Secondly, Kojic Acid tends to chelate with metal ions (such as iron), which often leads to color change. On the contrary, Kojic Dipalmitate is stable to pH, light, heat and oxidation, and does not react with metal ions, resulting in color stability.
Kojic Dipalmitate is recommended for skin care, sun protection, whitening/brightening skin, treatment of pigmentation (such as senile plaque), etc.
